His desires for us all to learn how to exhale may have lead to him creating his Breath-A-Cizer. In fact, while so many teachers are obsessed with when to breathe in. Joseph Pilates was focused on you exhaling, exhaling, exhaling. The Breath-a-Cizer will strengthen your exhale! Time yourself to see how long you can keep the pinwheel spinning and how long you can exhale for. Practice daily to build up the length of time.
