Get ready for some wins. Welcome to the Be It Till You See It podcast where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring. I'm Lesley Logan, Pilates instructor and fitness business coach. I've trained thousands of people around the world and the number one thing I see stopping people from achieving anything is self-doubt. My friends, action brings clarity and it's the antidote to fear. Each week, my guest will bring bold, executable, intrinsic and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and Be It Till You See It. It's a practice, not a perfect. Let's get started.

Hi, Be It babe. How are you? It's our last Friday of October. Oh my gosh, here we are. That means there's, like, what? Eight Fridays left of this year? Can you? Ah, it's going too fast. It's going too fast. So let's get into it. We got a few wins from Sonia Ahmed and I want to just like this will be the wins for today, because this girl has been consistently kicking some ass, and I don't know that I'm doing the order that her wins happened, but she also made a very big move this year. She's an agency member some of my eLevate grads, and I think celebrating her at this time is a really good thing. And then we'll do one of my wins, I remember we like to share your win. So Sonia said I've put a challenging month behind me. Through those challenges, I found some clarity on how I want to take my business forward. You know when you've heard it 20 times, well, I feel like I've just started to finally things into action. Thanks to talks with LL and charging my worth for the new part of my business and I feel good about it. I wrote my first article with the support of from the amazing Roxy and Rachel Piper. Roxy Menzies was on the pod, by the way, and she's a coach inside agency so is Rachel Piper, had a fabulous Thai massage with a girlfriend today, followed by a coffee catch up, spending quality time with close friends during the week despite a very busy schedule. Another win from Sonia. This is from the summer. Presented at the OPC summer camp workshop, exhilarating, petrifying and so much fun all at once. Loved it. Completely big admin steps towards moving across the seas, including booking our one way tickets. We accepted an offer on our home, daughter has only one exam left out of 25, went on for the most fabulous trip to Croatia with my closest girlfriends in an absolute blast. I can do hard stuff all my own and I'm able to achieve what I've put my mind to. I grew up looking to others to lead the way, not believing myself. I'm finally seeing that I am capable and can be the leader of my own path. I mean, Sonia, I think you just wrote the mantra for today and we have one more from her. So here we go. I'm not even sure how to sum this up, but I wanted to make a point of turning it into my wins. Thursday was my last day for my business operating in the UK. It hasn't quite hit me yet. I'm used to being busy and filling my days with clients or anything relating to my biz, so next week will feel strange, but I also feel I also welcome this new chapter, and it is a much needed break from my teaching. As the final days with my clients went by, I have my heartfelt thank yous and a few little gifts along the way from people. The best part is what clients wrote in their cards. It was so special to me and means more than any material thing anyone could give me. However, I will thoroughly enjoy the vintage moet from my poshest client. It made me realize how much we impact people's lives, how our time, expertise and energy has such a positive effect. So they can do better, live more, be happier, feel good, and they know they need it in their lives to maintain that feeling, has given me a fresh perspective, and now I cannot wait to start my new life in Australia. I don't doubt there will be many wobbles along the way, but I trust that anything worth doing isn't easy, will take time to build trust in peoples again, but I know now, thanks to all of you, that I can do it. So thanks agency family for being so goddamn awesome for doing what you do.

So you guys, I don't know if you have a big move happening this year or next year, or maybe just like a big life change, but I hope that Sonia's wins really help give you in some inspiration that you can do hard things, and there are scary things, but also you're going to be able to do it. And she's showing these as wins. And I think what if we all celebrated some of the things we're scared of a little bit more, the things that like, oh, I'm really scared about this. I'm going to celebrate this as a win. I am facing something I'm scared of. So thank you, Sonia, and we can't even wait to start hearing your wins out of Australia.
Lesley Logan 4:28
All right, now for one of my wins, I said it last week that randomly, I think intentionality is going to be the theme of the month for my wins, but I am really proud in celebrating how intentional I am being for the sixth deck, uh, flash cards, so it's the accessories deck. I've been really nervous for this deck. I've been, you know, not stalling, because I'm still on track to do it. Although there was a time when we thought I could do two decks a year, that stat stopped after the Cadillac deck. So that was three decks ago. But been a little nervous, because this deck has a lot of different things in it, and it's not exercises I do all the time, and part of me wanted to procrastinate on this deck a little bit longer, and we scheduled the photo shoot, and I was going to be gone for three weeks of the six weeks before the shoot, and that could be really scary. It's like, am I gonna be ready? And I'm not talking photo shoot ready, like how I look. I'm talking about the strength in stamina and stability to do the exercise that's ready, because these exercises are really difficult to do, and you need to be ready for them to take a photo shoot in them, and so but what I'm really proud of is I made a list of all the exercises for this deck that I could do while I was on my retreat, and while I was in Thailand, while I was on a plane, even, like, what could I do so I could keep those in my body, so that when I got back, I could focus on the other exercises that I couldn't do when I was on the road, the ones where the accessories weren't always an option, and I'm just celebrating that I did it. I did it. I did what I said I was gonna do. I did the best I could. Was it perfect? No, but I did it. And I'm really celebrating how proud I am about the intentionality I have about this final deck. It's a beast, it's unique, it's different, and I can't wait to see it come to fruition. That'll be a year from now, but maybe not a full year from now, but it feels like it'll be about at least nine months from now. So if you have something you're working on, and you're in the middle and you're in process, and you're being intentional, you want to celebrate that, because you don't want to wait until the thing is over to celebrate all the efforting you did to get there, just like Sonia. So what I, don't you love how thing works out? Just works out. So you guys, what are you going to celebrate in your life? We want to know. Send in to the Be It pod so that we can celebrate you. You'll hear it on a podcast, and who knows, it might be on a day that you need to hear it.

All right, here is your mantra. There is something in this world that only I can do. That is why I'm here. There is something in this world that only I can do and that is why I'm here. There is something this world that only I can do, and that is why I'm here. All right, my amazing listener, you are freaking awesome. I adore you. And until next time, Be It Till You See It.
