If you play to win, you may not ever hit the actual goal you set for yourself, but you will move yourself into a place where you are challenged, and you actually can look back and go, "I did the best I fucking could."

Lesley Logan 0:12

Welcome to the Be It Till You See It podcast where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring. I'm Lesley Logan, Pilates instructor and fitness business coach. I've trained thousands of people around the world and the number one thing I see stopping people from achieving anything is self-doubt. My friends, action brings clarity and it's the antidote to fear. Each week, my guest will bring bold, executable, intrinsic and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and Be It Till You See It. It's a practice, not a perfect. Let's get started.

Lesley Logan 0:55

Welcome back to the Be It Till You See interview recap, where my co-host in life, Brad, and I are going to dig into the unfiltered convo I had with Lacey Newman in our last episode.

Brad Crowell 1:02

It was unfiltered.

Lesley Logan 1:03

If you listen to the Jamie Lerner one, I don't think so. I don't think that's for me. Then you listen to this one, Lacey, make sure you understand. Yeah, it's fucking for you. You don't get out of this life without prioritizing yourself. So if you want to know more about that, you should listen to it. But you can listen to us first and then go listen to that. Today is October 29th, and it's National Hermit Day. Very important, Brad. Giving the options, and I think some of you guys are overdoing it. And in order to honor Lacey Newman's obsession with what she wants you to do, which you have to listen to the episode, I think you have to be a little bit of a hermit. I'm really good at hermiting. I love it. I can't.

Brad Crowell 1:38

Lesley's really good at hermiting. It's true.

Lesley Logan 1:40

I could hermit for a month and go. Hey, I was just thinking about you. I'm also an Aquarius, so when we say we miss you, we really mean it. Anyways, National Hermit Day is observed every October 29th. It invites everyone to step away from the hustle and bustle and embrace some much-needed solitude. This day is a perfect opportunity to de-stress, recharge your mental batteries and reconnect with yourself. Find your favorite quiet spot, engage in a calming activity, and savor the peace. Take a break and turn off notifications and enjoy your me time to the fullest. How do you do that without going to the mountaintop and living in isolation? Well, I would just turn all your phones and devices off and put on some good music. You don't have to go; that's easy. But apparently, you need information, so you could replace physical isolation in the wilderness with digital boundaries, remote work, and low-visibility urban or rural living.

Brad Crowell 2:27

That would be actually moving. Low visibility urban or rural living. Secular hermits do not need to move to a cave to disconnect. Instead, they build structured routines within their society while drastically cutting down their social footprint, yeah, you are you are the queen of Irish goodbyes, and also saying yes and no intentionally. Yeah, you're a modern hermit.

Lesley Logan 2:50

Just so you all know, in case no one told you, the Irish goodbye is the kindest way you could leave a party. It is the least selfish way to leave a party, and Chelsea Handler, in fact, Irish goodbyes her own parties at her own house, and I love that. So I'm just, Irish goodbye. You just don't make the thing, the leaving about you, right? So, anyways, I recommend becoming a modern urban hermit of some kind. You could just hermit for one hour a day. Could be half an hour a day, could be 10 minutes. But try it. If you're wondering, I have so much energy, and I get everything done. It's because I spend very little time worrying myself about being around people, and I love the people I like to spend time with when I get to spend time with them. And also, I'm the most present when I'm with them. I mean, I think Brad probably disagree, but we live and work together, so that's a different story. It's only true.

Brad Crowell 3:40

We commute together. We eat lunch together. We work together. Yeah.

Lesley Logan 3:44

Yeah. So you can only spend so much of the time present. You guys want to run through this? Here's the deal. I have a Pilates teacher training with some amazing educators, and at the time that you're listening this, I will have announced where these cities are. If you were on the wait list, and so if you didn't hear that yet, you need to be on the wait list to find out when those people are actually taking applications and ready to sign you up. xxll.co/uws. My upLift is, that's what it's called upLift, is a teacher training program that I created that I use to base in Joe Pilates' systems and the science of learning, and it's disrupting the Pilates education for sure. And the people who are teaching it for me are people that I've trained through my eLevate mentorship program, and they are hand trained by me, hand picked by me, and I'm really, really excited for the people that you will get to learn with. So, xxll.co/uws. We will have a quiz on my website. So, if you're wondering if you need to be on upLift or if you need to be an eLevate, there'll be a one-minute quiz, three questions that you can find. I don't have that link right now, but just if you go to my site, you'll find it. And then eLevate is for those of you who are already currently a Pilates instructor, conference that we train that wants to study directly with me, or perhaps you want to study with me and then you want to become an upLift educator. That is currently the path. To become an upLift educator, so lesleylogan.co/elevate, 2028 might be sold out, but you should check. You should see. It might be for you. You know, it's funny how some spaces just open up for the right person.

Brad Crowell 5:12

It's true.

Lesley Logan 5:13

So flashcards, these are for you whether you are a Pilates instructor or a Pilates lover. We have six different decks. You can go to opc.me/flashcards to grab those, and when you grab flashcards from us, we actually donate to the Nevada SPCA. They not only help dogs get homes around here, they actually also help dogs stay in homes around here, which is really cool, especially as economy is having a hard time. It really is beneficial. Vegas is one of the largest rental communities that are out there, and so a lot of people have to give up animals because of a rental property thing, and they actually help keep those dogs in those homes. So they do amazing work. And if you were I love my flashcards, but I want something else. You can go to opc.me/posters, and you can grab posters that go along with those flashcards, or just grab the posters because that's what you want.

Brad Crowell 6:02

You can do that, too.

Lesley Logan 6:03

You guys, we just got back from Cambodia, and if you.

Brad Crowell 6:06

It's kind of my favorite thing to do in the world. It is amazing. It's just simply, I mean, going back for us now, it's like going home. We've been going there for it's 2026, y'all. We've been going there for 10 years.

Lesley Logan 6:19

That's insane.

Brad Crowell 6:20

That's insane. We got our house.

Lesley Logan 6:22

Because I'm not 10 years older.

Brad Crowell 6:24

Never. We got our house in 2018, so it's been eight years at our own place. And honestly, we if we could go more often, we absolutely would. There's something very special about being there. The people are just so kind, loving, and amazing. The temples of Angkor are, I think they're on one of the Wonders of the World list. I don't know, but they're unbelievably cool, y'all. They were built 1000 years ago, and they got buried in the jungle, and then they're unburied from the jungle now. They're just-it's amazing. It's mind blowing. And then Lesley teaches Pilates. You get to eat local food. You get to build some new relationships with friends and it's just epic. So you should definitely join us.

Lesley Logan 7:03

So go to crowsnestretreats.com to get on the wait list because January is when we open up the doors for next year's trip, and this one sold out in three weeks. So you definitely want to be on that wait list. I'm unpacking just to pack because I'm going back to Asia. I'm going to the Pilates Summit in China outside of Shanghai, and you can Google Lesley Logan teaching in China. I'm sure the link will come up. I haven't been given that link yet, but it's going to be really wonderful. It's our second one, and I'm really excited. There's some other people who are teaching that I know from the Pilates travel circuit, and so I can tell you it's going to be wonderful education for you. And then I'm going to be teaching at the last 50th anniversary celebration for Balanced Body at their POT, their Pilates On Tour in Goa, India. That one's a really cool one because you don't just buy one day; you buy the weekend, and you apparently you get to have lunch with me. I don't know. There's a lot going on that I will find out when I get there, but it's going to be literally we're on a little mini retreat together in Goa, India, which looks like a resort of sorts, and I am here for it. I'm here to be spoiled, fucking rotten. I can't even wait to be at a resort in Goa, India. I'm so excited.

Brad Crowell 8:09

And I'm jealous that I'm not going because I'm driving the van to Denver when she flies home. I will pick her up at the airport, and we will go on our winter tour.

Lesley Logan 8:19

Yes.

Brad Crowell 8:19

Tickets have already dropped, so go to opc.me/tour, opc.me/tour, and come meet up in real life.

Lesley Logan 8:26

Our tour is always for Pilates lovers of all levels. So whether you're Pilates curious or you're Pilates seasoned instructor, there's classes and workshops for you. Lots of fun prizes. Balanced Body is one of our biggest sponsors to help make sure we can make these the biggest tours we can do. Yep, I don't even know how many miles this is, but it looks fucking massive, so.

Brad Crowell 8:44

Yeah, this one is going to be up in the in the 8500 again, you know, area. But we're going from Vegas to Boston to Miami and back. So yeah.

Lesley Logan 8:54

Yeah, that's what we're doing. Here we go. Fingers crossed, it's not so fucking cold because the summer tour was so fucking hot.

Brad Crowell 9:03

It was really hot. The summer tour was hot. As you know, we like to feature a charity, and October is a couple of different months. We've highlighted a few things already this month, but it's also Domestic Violence Awareness Month. So if you're not familiar with that, Domestic Violence Awareness Month, October, and the charity we would like to feature this week is Futures Without Violence, also known as Futures. Futures was founded in 1980 by Esta Soler, a social worker in San Francisco who kept seeing the same pattern: women in recovery programs who were also survivors of domestic abuse with nowhere to turn. She got a federal grant and built what is now one of the most effective violence prevention organizations in the country.

Lesley Logan 9:45

It's amazing.

Brad Crowell 9:46

They were instrumental in passing the Violence Against Women Act in 1994 and every reauthorization since. But here's what makes them different: Futures doesn't just support survivors after the fact. They actually run a program called Coaching Boys Into Men that trains athletic coaches to teach young men about healthy relationships, respect, and what it means to step up instead of staying silent. So that's pretty cool. They're being proactive, and how are they doing that? They're working with coaches, you know, who obviously are very influential in boys' lives.

Lesley Logan 10:19

I love that because also it gets for that locker room talk that has always went.

Brad Crowell 10:23

Which is such a crock of shit for me, I hate that.

Lesley Logan 10:24

Fucking crock of shit. It's a bunch of insecure fucking assholes.

Brad Crowell 10:27

Yeah. So basically, they also work with healthcare providers, over 10,000 of them, so that your doctor's office becomes a safe place to also ask for help. And they've held a four-star charity navigator rating since 2006. 82 cents of every single dollar that is provided goes into their programs.

Lesley Logan 10:43

That's insane!

Brad Crowell 10:44

It is amazing, and they've been doing this work for more than 40 years, y'all. 40 years.

Lesley Logan 10:50

I really love that. I I in fact I think that's really wonderful, and we should keep a watch on this one because especially with the manosphere being so dominant in these boys' lives, we.

Brad Crowell 11:01

The Tate brothers going to jail. Those guys should have stayed in jail.

Lesley Logan 11:04

And you know what they're complaining. They're complaining about how they're being harassed and bullied.

Brad Crowell 11:09

I don't know how they still have access to the internet.

Lesley Logan 11:11

I don't understand that either. But I do love. Okay. Well, I'm changing stuff up, what I will say is I've always wondered what is the counter programming to that because the the thing is that social media, the true way of being a man, is not very sexy. But I love that it's more intimate and it's more personable, and it's with these coaches and things like that. So I do think that's a wonderful way to counteract what these grifters. They're mega pastors, but for men's coaching.

Brad Crowell 11:37

Yeah, for insecurity, that's like what they are. They're mega, mega. It's insane. But, if you like what the mission is for Futures, you can find out more about them and support what they're doing at futureswithoutviolence.org. That's all one word. So futureswithoutviolence.org, and if you have a charity that you want us to talk about and look into and all the things, just text us 310-905-5534 or you can hit us up at beitpod.com/questions. Let's dig into this convo we have with Lacey Newman. Are you ready?

Lesley Logan 12:12

I'm ready.

Brad Crowell 12:13

I'm ready. All right, let's do this. Lacey is a business coach for ambitious women. She's a keynote speaker and the host of the Emmy nominated TV show The American Dream. She helps women build a business that fits the life they actually want to live. Before coaching, Lacey spent 20 years in real estate building a top 1% luxury team in Nashville while raising two kids as a solo mom. She's a self-described tactics girlie who helps women be the architect of their own ambition. It was an amazing conversation. So.

Lesley Logan 12:43

So I thought so. I mean, there were so many things that I agreed with.

Brad Crowell 12:46

Like the overlap was hilarious.

Lesley Logan 12:48

Oh, this is. That's why you're here.

Brad Crowell 12:50

Yeah, very refreshing.

Lesley Logan 12:51

Well, it's very refreshing because sometimes you're okay. I'm just here on an island chatting from the rooftops that you deserve to prioritize yourself first, and then she's yeah, this is what I coach on them. Great, wonderful.

Brad Crowell 13:02

So we're not alone.

Lesley Logan 13:02

Why don't you tell them? Because maybe they need to hear your words. Because she is a mom, you know, she is a mom, and things like that. And she said, "Okay, this is really cool. She said, "Achieving what you want to achieve does not happen by accident. And then she said, "But the second you try to change, the things around you kind of push back, and she described it as like crabs in a bucket.

Brad Crowell 13:24

Yeah, this was new to me. I'd never heard of this before.

Lesley Logan 13:27

I actually do have seen images of this, and I guess I didn't realize what was going on. Yeah, but when the crabs are in a bucket, and the one crab is fuck this, I'm getting out of the bucket. The other crab is like no, don't do it, stay in the bucket, and that's how half of your fucking friends are. That's how they are.

Brad Crowell 13:30

Maybe more than half. Who knows?

Lesley Logan 13:38

Probably your whole fucking group. Which actually, if you did Brad, if you did Brad Bizjack's course last couple weeks ago, you heard the power of people that you're around. So if you didn't, you missed out. You have to wait till next year. But goes in his episode was two weeks ago, but everything people have, it's your mindset. The universe tests you and tries to keep you in the same place that you were. And I do believe this. I do believe as soon as you're okay, this is a thing that I want. There's always an obstacle to make sure you fucking want it. Some people see the obstacle as like, oh, that's a door closing, and I think no. How interested? How much are you going to fight for this? Because if you aren't, if you're just gonna lay down, go, ugh, can't do it. You ain't really want it.

Brad Crowell 14:25

Nope.

Lesley Logan 14:26

You know?

Brad Crowell 14:26

It's very true. I mean, I remember the movie with Will Smith where he was the single dad, and do you remember that one way back in the day?

Lesley Logan 14:34

He won awards.

Brad Crowell 14:35

Unbelievably inspirational movie.

Lesley Logan 14:37

It's based on someone's real life.

Brad Crowell 14:38

Yeah, yeah. And the guy had he fought through every everything kept was stacked against him, and somehow he made it through. And yeah, fascinating. But I don't know what made me think of that right now.

Lesley Logan 14:49

I agree. I also just think that you know.

Brad Crowell 14:51

If you guys know which one we're talking about, DM Lesley.

Lesley Logan 14:53

Everyone is trying to bulldoze their parents, making sure their kids have no sadness, rejection, things like that. I'm going to tell you right now. It's not like I loved my childhood, but I can tell you, I can bet on myself on any given day because.

Brad Crowell 15:07

Oh, it's called The Pursuit of Happiness.

Lesley Logan 15:08

Yeah, because I have survived all my hardest days, and when we were talking to the upLift teachers about, look, this is the this is an unproven concept in that I've only done I've only done one time, and you're going to do it now. Here's what I know: you will not fail because I will not fail. I know I do not fail. That is not a thing. I will figure out how to help you succeed because I do not fail, and I can say that because my entire life was friction of having to figure out how to survive and figure that thing out. And I do think that for those of you who are making things very easy for people around you, you are not helping them create muscle. Brad talks about this a lot when he coaches instructors. You do need to have stress. You do need to be stressed because it develops the muscle, which actually stresses the bone, which makes your body stronger. And so there are going to be crabs in the bucket. There are going to be friends in your life when you're. I'm fucking changing myself. I'm doing this thing. Who want to pull you back in, right? She said, "Real change takes very intentional focus and strategy because we are programmed to stay the same, and we are. We're programmed to stay the same because it's safe.

Brad Crowell 16:13

Yep, it's safe. Well, when she was talking about this, one thing that popped in my ear was time as an excuse, right? She said that the thing she hears from most of her clients that she works with is, "I just don't have enough time, and she said, "Well, how is that possible? We all have the same time. We all have the same 24 hours of the day. So it's not about do I have enough time. It's where are you prioritizing your time, right? She said, "Time is not found; time is made."

Lesley Logan 16:44

Yeah.

Brad Crowell 16:44

In the sense that we're talking about it here. I agree. If you look at your calendar, it'll show you where your priorities are. And the thing she sees the most with her clients is they are not on it.

Lesley Logan 16:49

No, they're not. Everyone else is. And when you come to Cambodia, one of the first things we do is create a dream schedule, and you are in there first. And look, I do want to say I've heard many people say, for people who are parents of kids with special needs and things like that, they're not the same 24 hours. And I will say, we have two epic teachers on OPC who have kids with special needs, and we're talking one of them has severe special needs, and I admire how she and her partner and the family and the people who surround them, the community supports her so that she can still go after her dreams. She doesn't love him any less. It's beautiful her love for this child, and I am so impressed with what she's able to do, but she doesn't do it all herself.

Brad Crowell 17:44

No.

Lesley Logan 17:44

She does not do it all herself. Everyone in her life chips in because everyone in her life loves her and her family and themselves. And what she is showing her kids is that you can have dreams and you can hit your goals and you can do these things and yeah, you can have other things that are outside of your control, and I think it's so beautiful. Impresses me it so much because wow, I don't know that I would have delegated that way if I.

Brad Crowell 18:10

Well, what it allows her to do is keep herself on her own calendar.

Lesley Logan 18:14

Yeah.

Brad Crowell 18:14

You know, so it's so interesting that just think about it that way. Are you on your own calendar. That's what you need to think about. Are you on your own calendar?

Lesley Logan 18:24

You know. So, what are your top three priorities? Right. Most people who have children put the kids first.

Brad Crowell 18:30

Sure.

Lesley Logan 18:30

And then, if they're religious, that's up there. And then.

Brad Crowell 18:34

Work or maybe.

Lesley Logan 18:35

Work and there are many people I admire who are hold on, you first. Then it's gonna be you and your relationship.

Brad Crowell 18:42

Yeah.

Lesley Logan 18:43

Your primary relationship, and then it's before it's kids, it's actually work because who is how are you feeding these fucking children? Well, I'll just say, if you are a parent, you have to listen to this episode because if you're Lesley, you have no fucking clue. You are right. I mean, I have some clues because I have friends with kids, but I'm not in your life. But I really loved her way of saying if you have a child who wants to have adult choices

Brad Crowell 19:09

Yeah.

Lesley Logan 19:10

Then they have to take on adult responsibilities.

Brad Crowell 19:12

Yeah, and responsibilities aren't selective, is what she ultimately said.

Lesley Logan 19:15

Yes, yes, yes. You cannot be selectively responsible. Yeah, meaning I'm adult enough. I'm responsible enough to go to the movies with my friends. Well, then you're responsible enough to do the dishwasher. Responsible enough. Yeah. And so she really is making her kids take on responsibilities around the house, so that she can do the things that help her be her and be a parent to them, and they are going to be better off because of it. Those of us who are DINKS.

Brad Crowell 19:39

DINKS

Lesley Logan 19:40

I need you to think about the DINKS in your life.

Brad Crowell 19:41

DINKS.

Lesley Logan 19:42

My parents. DINKS are dual income, no children. DINKS, You might be jealous. You might be jealous of the DINKS. Some people are DINKS because they could not have children. Some people are DINKS by choice. Okay, I just want to say that not all DINKS are selfish people, and I wouldn't say we are selfish. We are actually the least selfish because we decided we shouldn't have children. That said. Your children will be taking care of you and us. And I just want you to picture yourself.

Brad Crowell 20:06

We're a little bit at a disadvantage.

Lesley Logan 20:09

We got friends with four kids. I think we're going to be okay. But I want to say, when you are older, are you raising these children to be able to take care of at least you? Because if you are going to have to tell them how to fill the dishwasher at 80, not only have you done a disservice to yourself, but we're we're not fucking hiring them to take care of us.

Brad Crowell 20:31

That's true. Would we want to hire your kids? That is the question. Okay, stick around. We'll be right back because we're going to talk about some Be It Action Items that Lacey Newman provided.

Brad Crowell 20:44

All right, so finally, let's talk about those Be It Action Items. What bold, executable, intrinsic, or targeted action items can we take away from your conversation with Lacey Newman? She said, "This is the time and energy audit for two weeks. Write down every single thing you do. Every single thing you do using Notes app, paper, whatever is works best for you.

Lesley Logan 21:06

Tell Claude, just fucking yeah, or just call Claude.

Brad Crowell 21:09

Yeah, I mean, or whatever, anything. It doesn't matter. Just talk. Just talk to your phone. Log two things for each. How long did it take, and whether it gave you energy or it took energy from you. So, did you get energy back, or did it take your energy? For example, a conversation like this one gives her energy. The legal agreement sitting in her inbox drains her. So, when we say the conversation like this one, meaning conversation she had with Lesley, gives her energy, but the legal agreement in her inbox drains her. She said, "Step two: name your 10-dollar tasks. These are the things that you could pay your 17-year-old daughter 10 bucks an hour to do. And she called out her 17-year-old daughter specifically. She said, "Hand off one task at a time, not all of them at once, and prioritize which ones will get your time back.

Lesley Logan 21:59

And by the way, if that's not enough, just so you know, in most states, minimum wage is less than $10. Your child is making a lot fuck money. So that's true.

Brad Crowell 22:06

She has a time blocking download. All you have to do is DM her. So it's @HeyLaceyNewman, and just ask her for her time blocking download. Listen to the, but look at the link in the in the show notes.

Lesley Logan 22:17

Yeah.

Brad Crowell 22:18

Yeah. What about you?

Lesley Logan 22:18

She gave five Be It advice.

Brad Crowell 22:21

She did. She did.

Lesley Logan 22:22

Vision. First, you've got to carve out the space to have the room to have a vision.

Brad Crowell 22:27

Yes.

Lesley Logan 22:27

Which I think is really, really great. It's why when people come on our retreat, they have space to think about it. Two, she focus. She calls it a north star. What is the one thing? If you had, if you do nothing else today, you will continue to move the business forward. This is how I have to do every day. I'm sure you too, Brad, because we're never going to finish everything that's on the day. So it's what is the thing that I must get done today? Three, get in the room that scares the shit out of you-the one you feel like you do not belong in. That's the one you should be in. This is one we probably should consider for 2027.

Brad Crowell 22:59

Yeah, we're thinking about it.

Lesley Logan 23:00

Yeah, we'll think about it. I mean, I.

Brad Crowell 23:02

I agree, but we're thinking about which room that is.

Lesley Logan 23:04

We're trying to think about a few ideas.

Brad Crowell 23:05

We have a few ideas.

Lesley Logan 23:07

Also, can I just say what we're currently doing in our business scares the shit out of me, so I don't know that I need another room. I'm already scared shitless.

Brad Crowell 23:14

Well, we also have an entirely new project that we know.

Lesley Logan 23:17

I know, upLift and the studio. Both of those goals.

Brad Crowell 23:21

We started and paused, and we are picking that back up next year. And so that one, that one's definitely intense.

Lesley Logan 23:28

So I'll just say those two things scare the fuck out of me. I don't know that I need a fucking shit scary room too. I feel like I'm already no.

Brad Crowell 23:34

I think I mean look, whether it's 2027 or 2028, there's room for us to be scared of goals.

Lesley Logan 23:41

If your goals don't scare the shit out of you. Get in a room that scares the shit out of you.

Brad Crowell 23:45

Yeah.

Lesley Logan 23:45

Four. Stop waiting for permission. You don't need anyone else's permission or validation. That is true. You need to know that. I didn't ask for anyone's permission on upLift. I'm fucking doing it. And you know what happened? I got so many people going. I'm so glad you're doing this. Thank God you're doing this. This is exactly it. So, anyways, and then five play to win, do not play to lose, because playing to lose looks really responsible, safe, and mature. It keeps you exactly where you are.

Brad Crowell 24:12

It does.

Lesley Logan 24:13

And that's where a lot of people that we coach they set goals they can actually achieve. This is what actually got me. I this is one of the exact reasons I quit corporate. I remember when they were showing me the goals for the budgets for the next year. They were coming up with them. This one studio could hit those goals in its sleep. Literally, we could take the manager out of the space, and it would hit it anyways. On a bad day, it would hit it, and well, they had some obstacles, and so we want to make the goals achievable. And she isn't hitting her current goals now because she's not even trying. And now you're going to reward her with commission for closing her eyes and doing the worst of what she's doing right now. I was like, I'm fucking out because that is playing to lose. It is not playing to win. And if you really wanted to win. You would actually set the goals to be something that is actually a challenge, and then we manage her up or we manage her out. And so I will just say, if you play to win, you may not ever hit the actual goal you set for yourself, but you will move yourself into a place where you are challenged, and you actually can look back and go, "I did the best I fucking could.

Brad Crowell 25:18

Yeah, you will definitely move the needle.

Lesley Logan 25:20

Brad and I don't ever hit most of our goals, but I can go. I was challenged in that, and I did the best I could, and now I know better, so I'm going to do better on the next one.

Brad Crowell 25:27

Yeah, absolutely. I know it's weird to say that, but it's kind of true.

Lesley Logan 25:32

We don't. We don't hit any goals.

Brad Crowell 25:34

That's because our goals are a little scary. They're like ambitious and a little scary.

Lesley Logan 25:38

Our next year goal is to double everything.

Brad Crowell 25:41

Yeah.

Lesley Logan 25:41

Yeah.

Brad Crowell 25:42

It's true.

Lesley Logan 25:42

Well, that's why we're, that's why I don't know that I need a room that scares the shit out of me. I. I know. I just got. I'm in the shit scary room right now. I just got it.

Brad Crowell 25:49

iI just felt it.

Lesley Logan 25:50

I'm Lesley Logan.

Brad Crowell 25:51

And I'm Brad Crowell.

Lesley Logan 25:52

Go prioritize yourself.

Brad Crowell 25:53

Yeah, do it. Hello.

Lesley Logan 25:55

Hello. Do it. If you are needing a little help with that, get on the Cambodia wait list. Yeah. And see us on winter tour. Take a little double dose of reminding you to prioritize yourself because the winter tour is a way to prioritize yourself during the winter of the holiday when everyone around you is a negative fucking Nancy. No offense to the Nancies who are listening. I have a very favorite Nancy in my life. No offense, but that's just how it's called. But those people, winter, the holidays can really fucking make it suck, and then we're supposed to go into the new year.

Brad Crowell 26:22

Yeah, and be so happy after that chaos.

Lesley Logan 26:24

Be around Brad and I. We're a breath of fucking fresh air.

Brad Crowell 26:26

Yeah, we are.

Lesley Logan 26:29

All right, go Be It.

Brad Crowell 26:29

 If I do say so.

Lesley Logan 26:31

Oh, I will say so myself. I just did. Go Be It Till You See It.

Brad Crowell 26:35

You're amazing. Bye for now.

Lesley Logan 26:37

I know. I am amazing.

Brad Crowell 26:42

My wife.
