Be It babe. Hi, welcome to our Friday episode. How are you? Oh, it's a Fuck Yeah Friday, and it really is a fuck yeah. As Brad would say, my goodness, this year, I knew when I went on my vacation in January, this year was going to be one of those years where I just put the pedal to the metal, and I'm grateful for it. So, so grateful for it. And this last week, I just did something I've been looking. It's been on the books, right? But I'll share that one in a second. Because first, hello, welcome to Be It Pod. On Fridays, we celebrate a win of yours, a win of mine, and something that we do with our members is if we want to vent about something, then they have to share a win. So, I'm venting with you because this is where I get to vent. It's my podcast.

So, if you don't know how the local Las Vegans live, we live around construction grounds. Okay, so my little vent moment is, I have lived in Las Vegas now six years and three months, and in six years and three months, there was construction on the main road to my house. You'd have to make a left on. It was on so long that when they moved the construction, then Brad missed our turn. That's how long the construction was there. We moved here with construction, and it was on so long we didn't know what our actual turn was. And they, my friends, they moved the construction to the road perpendicular, right, the cross street, and so that construction was so bad that people oftentimes were in the wrong lane multiple times, and now that construction has just moved a little bit further south and then a little bit further east. And guess what? I either have to sit in traffic to go further south and go to all my appointments, and not have traffic when I make a left, or I make a right, and I have no traffic until I have traffic right where I have to park. And so I just had to say, I'm really tired of the construction cones because they literally do it on all of the streets all at the same time, all the time. I don't even know you do that. I don't even know you do that. I want, in fact, want to invest in stocks and orange counts. That's what I want to do.

All right. So now that I've vented, do you understand what I mean, though? I live in L.A. All right, I lived in L.A., and they would be working on the street for a year, right? Because they're widening the roads or widening the 405 or whatever they're doing. You know what they would never do? Do it the same fucking time. They would never let Wilshire have construction and then also Santa Monica, or Olympic, or even any other street within three miles north or south, because you can't screw with people's lives like that. And if Lesley takes public transportation, I would love public transportation to be more accessible for everybody, not just for me, but for the actual people who need to go and drive somewhere every day. I do not have to do that, so this is just a really stupid vent.

But anyways, my win, my win. So as I started to get into it, because I was so excited about this win. So as you know, I've been working on upLift, a teacher training program for new teachers or partially trained teachers, and this last week, the applications been rolling in for the educators, and I am just so pleased to punch for the people who are braving this new world with me. I am so honored and grateful, and I'm proud of them for being in a place where they've elevated to the point where they're like, "Yeah, I can teach this shit." So my win is that the stage has been set, and we are on the next stage of this goal that I've been working on. Because, you know, not every goal is done. You've little parts like the construction; it just moves up the road. But this is the good guy. So I'm at the next phase of this program, and I'm now no longer doing it by myself. I will have educators to do this with me, and I'm just freaking excited. So yeah, so that's what's going on.
