It's Fuck Yeah Friday.

Brad Crowell 0:01

Fuck yeah.

Lesley Logan 0:02

Get ready for some wins.

Lesley Logan 0:05

Welcome to the Be It Till You See It podcast where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring. I'm Lesley Logan, Pilates instructor and fitness business coach. I've trained thousands of people around the world and the number one thing I see stopping people from achieving anything is self-doubt. My friends, action brings clarity and it's the antidote to fear. Each week, my guest will bring bold, executable, intrinsic and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and Be It Till You See It. It's a practice, not a perfect. Let's get started.

Lesley Logan 0:46

Welcome to the Be It Till You See It at FYF which means Fuck yeah, Friday, which means we celebrate wins. We're doing this because I think it's really important to notice that even with all the issues going on, you're still doing some things that are pretty freakin awesome. And I think it's important to acknowledge sometimes these are big things. Sometimes these are small things. Sometimes it's just like not screaming, when something doesn't go your way and you just want to go oh my god, it's another (inaudible). It could be a win just going I didn't get crazy when it didn't go my way. I just sat there I was like, okay, here we go. Here we go. (Inaudible) So we share a couple of your wins, we share a win of mine, and we do a fun little mantra. So let's get into this.

Lesley Logan 1:29

All right, we have Sonia Ahmed. She is an eLevate grad and she is an Agency member. And we are just so proud of the work that she's doing. Here we go. Two new clients signed up to my group classes through word of mouth through a private client. Now those ladies have referred a friend to my class where numbers were dwindling. And now that friend has also referred a friend. If they all stay with me and two of my old clients return, both could make this block, this class will be full. These new referrals are all my ideal client. And they're similar age to myself looking to stay fit and strong. Love it. Also, Sonia said today I had a Pilates lunch date at a restaurant for all my class participants. I had 11 come out of a total of 21 class clients, people who didn't know others got to know each other. It really made my heart warm. As we're leaving, I could hear them all planning coffee dates after class next week. My heart is full. I hit my initial goal of four signups to my workshop reset goal to six and I'm currently sitting at five cents with nine days ago. Woohoo. Refining my thoughts and pricing my new project offerings which I'll plug at the end of my workshop. Congratulations, Sonia. These are all big wins. It's hard when we like lose some clients, we gain some clients, it can feel like there's a lot going on. And I love that you are seeing the wins and new people coming but also that we're celebrating, like your people are referring people. And then they're also like getting connected with each other and doing coffee dates. You're creating community. It's just so beautiful. So thank you so much for sharing this with us.

Lesley Logan 2:52

All right, this next one is from Charlotte Coker. She is an Agency member. And she wrote I had my first coaching call with Brad and have some good clarity on my path forward from here. I have written my exam for my classical certification this afternoon. So I took the day off work, send thoughts and prayers and good vibes. Please, my pop-up class at the end of the month has seven people signed up and I think I can easily get another eight to ten. Way to go, Charlotte, way to go. We're sending you lots and lots of good energy and look, written exams are just, are hard, but they're like, you know what, you can't fail it, you're just gonna get feedback. And I hope you guys can see that like sometimes just like, these little things can be wins, we tend to think we oh, like what if Charlotte didn't celebrate until she finished her certification? That would be lame. Like waiting until that's done before you celebrate anything, you can just celebrate that you did that. Also, I love that she's celebrating she had a coaching call with Brad. You know, like, it's a big deal. It's very nervous to like, talk to somebody about your business and be open to new ideas and new pathways because sometimes we get stuck on what we're doing. So, way to go. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Lesley Logan 3:53

All right, let's my win. All right, here we go. I didn't take no for an answer. I know that sounds a little weird. And I wish I can get into details with you. But I can't. But I've been wanting something for a really, really long time. And I reached out to some companies. I was like, I want to do this with you. Here's we want to do and like there's like, no, no no and I was just getting really like bummed about it. I asked for some help which is my win last week. And I was like, this is what I want. This is what I want, this is what I want to do with it. Here's how I'm gonna help them. Here's what's gonna happen. And first, like, they came back to her and they're like, no, we're not doing that. And then she didn't take no for an answer, either. She's really good at that. And it all worked out. Which is really, really great. I share that with you because sometimes you get to know and it's not right now. You just need to follow up. Just need to ask again. And it's hard to remember that. So that's why I'm celebrating the wins. So when I hear this episode come out, it can be a reminder for myself to not take no for an answer when I really do believe I want the thing that I want. You're allowed to want the things that you want guys. It's also a win to acknowledge that. So anyways, that is my win for the week. Not taking no, getting the thing that I wanted, it's taking a little longer than I expected, but it's going to be here and it's going to be so amazing. It's going to be this really cool experience. And I'll share more with you when I can.

Lesley Logan 5:08

At any rate, that is our FYF. You know, I do not leave you without a mantra unless of course I forget, because we are not doing perfect over here. So what is your mantra for this week? My pleasure does not require someone else's pain. My pleasure does not require someone else's pain. My pleasure does not require someone else's pain. You guys, you can have good things in this life and doesn't mean someone is gonna have bad things. There is no joy pie, there is no money pie, there is no energy pie, everyone gets to be on their own journey. And if you win, they can win too. And that's why we share your wins, my wins, I want to hear your win so send them in to the Be It Pod. And if you have a friend who's just kind of a little bit of a, you know, Eeyore, then remind them that there's wins out there and send them this because wins don't have to be like everything is going well all the time. You guys, there's a ton of stuff that's not going great. I don't share that with you because I know that what comes from it will be great, that sucky is teaching me something I need to learn so I can be a better person to do the thing I want to do that supports everything that I'm doing. And that's really hard to remember when shit hits the fan. But I'm sharing that with you. So, your pleasure is not someone else's pain. Thank you so much and until next time, Be It Till You See It.
