Hello, Be It babe. How are you? Happy Friday! Welcome to your Fuck Yeah Friday episode. I'm really excited to actually record this because it's taken 17 tries, and I'm currently looking at a blank screen that's supposed to be my notes. But we'll see if it comes up, here we go. Oh my goodness! I don't want my every single "I need a moment" to have to do with technology, but my goodness, technology really wants to be my moment that I need today. It's not, though. So it's middle of August. Thanks for being here. On these Fridays, I just like to be real with you, what's going on in my world, what I get frustrated about, what I'm celebrating, what you're celebrating, because I share your wins and a little mantra to get you on your week. If you are in my business coaching group or my eLevate mentorship, then you know you get to have a moment, but you have to have a win, and it's important to have wins at the end of the week. Just some, and it doesn't mean you completed anything. It just means that you moved the needle forward. You found some aha moment that gave you permission to be more yourself. Something doesn't have to be very big. You'll hear from the listeners who have sent in their wins, which you can too, to beitpod.com/questions. You'll hear that some of these wins are just getting one morsel of a thing done, right?

So before I get into your wins and mine, a thing that I am having a moment around, I really have to be honest, is just people who point out grammar mistakes on social media. Come on, if someone rarely has a grammar error, and then you point it out when they do, don't you just think that's annoying? Between autocorrect and weird thumbs and how you'll pick this word, a different spelling of the same word comes up, unless it's in every sentence someone says or every paragraph, they probably hate that it happened. Guess what? Once it's out there, you can't fix it. It's not in the captions. It's in the thing. You just gotta let it go. So I will say my most recent one. This happened to my own followers told people like, "Come on, this is stupid. Why are you doing this?" They actually kind of beat up on the person a little more than I would have preferred. I wouldn't have done that, but it is just, it's like a little narky. You know what I mean? In a world where there are literal leaders who are killing people, you're gonna tell me that I used the wrong wear? You're gonna tell me I used the wrong wear? It's like I'm not an idiot, and the recovering perfectionist in me is embarrassed. Can we just not? People stop trying to get people to be as perfect as you are holding yourself up to be. That's what that really is. So that is the moment that I was so frustrated about the other day because Jesus, oh my God, total mistake. Yes, I'm embarrassed and also not taking it down because it blew up and did really, really well. So we're just gonna leave it that way. Now every third comment I have, someone telling me it's spelled wrong. Okay, thanks. Oh my God, did you see in the other comments that we already addressed this? I don't know. I think it goes back to last week's thing. Why can't we just stay in your own lane, do your thing, focus on what you're doing, and then if you can't say something nice, just don't say anything at all? I don't know. I see people spell the words wrong too, and guess what I don't do? Tell them. I'm like, you know what? They'll figure it out. It's not necessary. They didn't ask. If they ask, maybe, but they didn't ask. Maybe I'm the only frustrated person by that, but I am.

But my win, my win. We're not done with the tour yet. We have another week. My win is that this is one of the most sold out tours we've ever done. This has been, every tour is so fun. Every tour is its own unique thing. I'm really, really proud of my team. This is a team win because one of our most integral people is on maternity leave, and the team was able to come together, step up, and put this tour out there without that person. That doesn't mean we don't need her. We absolutely do. So hi, Meredith, if you are listening, need you, but that we could do it. Without them is just a sign of how well our team works together and the mission that this is, and how much the attendees want it too. Right? In fact, every single one of you who has attended the tour or shared the tour, you're part of this win. So I'm just so grateful. We have another week left on this tour, and about nine days actually, and I'm having a great time. It's a lot of fun. It's really nice to get out of Vegas in August, and also it's Darla's first tour, so that's the most fun. So that's my win. I'm on tour and having a great time, and we were successful preparing for it.

This is from @ashwilsonpilates: "Just got full time teaching at a studio I've been working at for the past few months." That's so cool, Ash. You went from part-time to full-time. That's just a massive sign that what you're doing matters, and people want more of it, so I hope you take that and save this win for when you need it because, my goodness, going full-time in teaching is a huge deal, and I'm so excited for you. There're gonna be days when you're like, "What am I doing?" And you'll remember, "Oh my God, I did so well just starting out that they wanted me to be full-time. These clients want me, and what I do matters," and it does. You're amazing.
