Whether you love Teaser or Loathe it understanding all the other Pilates connections in it matters.
The can make the difference between feeling Teaser in your whole body or feeling too much or not enough in parts of your body.
Luckily in Pilates we have several places to get our Teaser fix. And even miss exercises to build it up!
Too often we miss the building part. We get some but not others.
I love to break down this exercise into all us building blocks and help people find their Teaser based on what they have access to. Both in the practice and equipment.
